Runs daily in high season (4 June to 30 September 2026) and low season (1 October to 18 December 2026); cabins depart every 10 minutes in busy periods or every 30 minutes when quieter. Closed for a technical break from 19 October to 6 November 2026, and can stop at any time in strong wind. The ride is about 15 to 20 minutes one way, with a change of cabin partway at Myślenickie Turnie. A return (up-and-down) Tourpass fixes 1 hour 40 minutes at the summit before the return leg, and this return time cannot be changed once booked. Official source

At the summit, wheelchair users can reach the viewing terrace (with sun loungers) and the restaurant, but the surrounding hiking trails are rocky, uneven mountain paths. Where to arrive
The lower station is at Kuźnice 14, Zakopane, reached on foot (about 40 minutes from Rondo Jana Pawła II) or by local bus, as the road into Kuźnice is closed to private cars; the nearest car park is on ul. How does a Kasprowy Wierch Tourpass work?

Each Tourpass is for a set departure time. A return Tourpass books your ride down automatically, 1 hour 40 minutes after you reach the summit, and that time cannot be changed. The ride takes 15 to 20 minutes each way, with a change of cabin at Myślenickie Turnie.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure; private cars cannot drive to the lower station at Kuźnice.
